The creation of the concept of the new brand "Mostaqar" brings to the human side, was based on the top view of a block, such as people living in society, and in its center the house in which all roads lead to it, a modern house, built by people for people, built by "Mostaqar".

As for the typography used in the brand, the source was developed totally exclusive to the brand, following to modernist ideology and its minimalism. Simple, fine and well defined letters, with spaces ideal for a good harmonization with the whole.
